Wonder & Wander Travels
Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: June 22, 2026

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking travel services with Wonder & Wander Travels. By making a booking or payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Wonder & Wander Travels
Wonder & Wander Travels is a travel advisory business operated in the State of Washington. We act as an independent travel advisor and booking agent on your behalf, working with third-party suppliers including cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, airlines, and vendors (collectively, "Suppliers").
Washington Seller of Travel Registration: Wonder & Wander Travels operates in compliance with applicable Washington State seller of travel regulations.

2. Booking & Payment
2a. Deposits & Payments
A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation if you are not booking in full. The deposit amount varies depending on the Supplier and travel product. Full payment is due by the deadline established by your Supplier. Failure to make timely payment may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.
2b. Pricing
All prices quoted are based on information available at the time of quotation and are subject to change until full payment is received and booking is confirmed. Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
2c. Accepted Payment Methods
Payment methods accepted include credit card, debit card, and other methods as specified at the time of booking. Credit card transactions may be subject to a processing fee, which will be disclosed prior to payment.

3. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds
3a. Supplier Cancellation Policies
All cancellations and changes are subject to the specific cancellation policies of your Supplier (cruise line, hotel, tour operator, etc.), which vary by product and fare type. These policies will be provided to you at the time of booking. Wonder & Wander Travels strongly encourages you to review Supplier policies carefully before booking.
3b. Wonder & Wander Travels Service Fees
Our planning, consulting, and booking service fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered, regardless of whether your travel is canceled or changed. Service fees are separate from Supplier costs.
3c. Cancellation Process
To cancel or modify a booking, you must notify Wonder & Wander Travels in writing via email. Cancellations are not effective until confirmed in writing by Wonder & Wander Travels. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.

4. Travel Protection Insurance
Wonder & Wander Travels strongly recommends that all clients purchase comprehensive travel protection insurance, including coverage for trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical emergencies, medical evacuation, and baggage loss.
Travel insurance must be purchased separately. We can provide information about travel insurance options, but the decision to purchase is yours. If you decline travel insurance, you accept full financial responsibility for any losses that insurance would have covered.
Travel insurance is especially important for cruise travel, destination elopements, and international trips where cancellation penalties and medical costs can be significant.

5. Passports, Visas & Health Requirements
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents, including a passport, visa, and any entry or health requirements for your destination. Requirements vary by destination and are subject to change without notice.
U.S. passports should generally be valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date.
Cruise travelers must ensure passport validity meets requirements for all ports of call, including international stops.
Destination elopement clients are responsible for understanding and complying with local marriage license and ceremony laws.
Health-related entry requirements, vaccinations, or testing requirements are your responsibility to research and fulfill.

Wonder & Wander Travels is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, or any losses resulting from inadequate or invalid travel documents.

6. Third-Party Suppliers
Wonder & Wander Travels acts as an agent for third-party Suppliers and does not own, operate, or control the services they provide. We are not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, negligence, or misconduct of any Supplier, nor for any personal injury, death, property damage, or other loss arising from their services.
By booking with Wonder & Wander Travels, you agree that any claims arising from Supplier services must be directed to the Supplier and are subject to the Supplier's own terms and conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Washington State law, Wonder & Wander Travels's total liability to you for any claim arising from our travel advisory or booking services is limited to the service fees paid to Wonder & Wander Travels for the specific booking in question.
Wonder & Wander Travels is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost enjoyment of travel, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Force Majeure
Wonder & Wander Travels is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics or public health emergencies, government actions or travel advisories, terrorism, labor disputes, or other events of force majeure.
In such events, refunds and rebooking options will be governed by Supplier policies. We will advocate on your behalf to the best of our ability.

9. Your Responsibilities as a Client
By booking with Wonder & Wander Travels, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete personal information for all travelers in your party.

Disclose any physical, medical, or mobility needs that may affect your travel experience.
Comply with all Supplier rules, codes of conduct, and requirements.
Arrive at departure points with sufficient time to complete all check-in procedures.
Maintain respectful and lawful conduct throughout your travel.

10. Health, Medical & Accessibility Needs
Please disclose any medical conditions, mobility limitations, dietary restrictions, or accessibility needs prior to booking. While we will make every effort to communicate your needs to Suppliers, we cannot guarantee that all Suppliers can accommodate every request. It is your responsibility to confirm accommodations directly with Suppliers.

11. Destination Elopements
For destination elopement services, Wonder & Wander Travels coordinates travel logistics and may recommend or refer vendors (officiants, photographers, florists, etc.). Vendor contracts are between you and the vendor directly. Wonder & Wander Travels is not a party to those agreements and is not responsible for vendor performance.
Legal marriage requirements vary by location. You are responsible for obtaining all necessary licenses and complying with local laws. Wonder & Wander Travels does not provide legal advice.

12. Solo Travel Advisory
Wonder & Wander Travels specializes in solo travel and provides personalized recommendations and safety-conscious itinerary planning. However, all decisions regarding personal safety and risk tolerance are ultimately your own. We strongly encourage solo travelers to purchase comprehensive travel insurance and register with the U.S. State Department's Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP) for international travel.

13. Privacy & Personal Information
Wonder & Wander Travels collects personal information necessary to book and manage your travel, including names, contact information, passport details, and payment information. This information is shared with Suppliers as required to complete your booking. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
By booking with us, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described above and as outlined in our Privacy Policy, available upon request.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from services provided by Wonder & Wander Travels shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Kitsap County, Washington, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
